If you have been following what has been happening of late, you would know what I'm talking about. Yes, I'm talking about the incident that happened at the Assembly in Ipoh. What a shame.. These people have lost themselves completely with that kind of a show. It was a good thing the Raja Muda was patient enough to wait for his speech to be delivered, as it was delayed from morning to afternoon, no thanks to whatever happened inside the Assembly.
What's with A wanting the B's speaker to get out, and the B's speaker wanting certain people to go out before the whole thing can ACTUALLY begin. A then wants THEIR speaker to be in charge of that meeting, with the B totally against it. Even when A succesfully managed to get their speaker up there, B's speaker remained rooted to his seat, sparking scuffles between them, even up to the point of wanting to pull B's speaker away from his seat. The whole Assembly was totally not in order. NOT. ONE. BIT.
When a police officer came in, they all became quiet. Literally old school. Those times when students shout, "Watch out! The headmaster's coming! Back to your seats quick!" The moment he disappears, "Alright. Coast is clear." zZz
Can't you people be a bit more civilized? I mean, you are our states leaders. Pick yourselves up a little bit. The word I want to give you here is "Sense and Sensibility". Sounds familiar? 'Cause if it doesn't, go and ask Jane Austen.
Sometimes you just wish someone was daring enough to go into the Assembly and say:
"Good evening ladies and gentlemen. We're tonight's ENTERTAINMENT."
