Fernando Torres celebrating his hattrick against Hull City...
Man, there's just no one better than him when it comes to scoring goals, is there? Fantastic hattrick, and it's his fourth hattrick for Liverpool.
Hail Torres? Hmm...

Dying...

When I was a kid
I was dying to so to high school
When I was in high school
I was dying to go to college
When I was in college
I was dying to work
When I was working
I was dying to get married
When I was married
I was dying to have kids
When I had kids
I was dying for them to grow up
so that I can work again
But when I worked again
I was dying to retire
And before I knew it
I was dying

It has ended and a new beginning

The finals has ended!!! Semester break is here!!! Weeee!!! Well, so much for a semester break, we (EL cmajors) have to read three books: a play, a novel, and short stories and poem. It's preparation for the next semester. Boo. How fast, and how soon!!! We only just started the break, and we already have to think of next semester. Give us a break.

Anyways, I'm preparing for camp now. Was put in charge of the camp booklet, but so far no progress. Blek. I don't really know where to start. Rest assured, it will be ready by Tuesday. It has to be. Heh. Can't wait for the camp too. ;)

Had a long day today: 12pm-2pm practise for 3rd service; 2.30-4 had a little worship workshop with the worship team from FGA KL. Man, they were cool, but most of all, you can see how Spirit-filled they were, and it also showed in their worship too, which made them even more COOL! Music was also fantastic. Then finally, 6.30 to 8pm practise for 1st and 2nd service. Was dead tired by the time I came back. Phew...

Well, sorry for the late update (don't know who complaining ho? "Partner"? kekeke...) Will be kept busy with the camp booklet til Tuesday. Rest assured: "I'll be back".

Final score: LIVERPOOL 6 HULL CITY 1
Torres x3 Geovanni
Babel x2
Gerrard

Bleh........

Finals finals finals.... Papers Papers Papers.... The Chronicles of UTAR's Final Examination has just seen two papers gone by: Pendidikan Moral and Academic Writing. Three left to go: English Morphology and Syntax, Psycholinguistics and Journalism II. However, even before everything started, everyone wish it ended already.

But of course. Most people don't like sitting for exams. Who likes to bear with this period of time, having to study, while wishing that they can go home? Some even went home during Study Week to study. Amazing.

My fellow coursemates are going nuts already; I myself am starting to get numb towards finals. Meh. Best part is, my courses' exam is within a one-week period; the rest are all spread out at least till the end of the month. Most would, of course, prefer to have it end quickly, yet at the same time, they would like more time to study as well.

By the way, the newly constructed area of UTAR is MAGNIFICENT.

Compared to the first few blocks that was build before this, those blocks were of nothing compared to this. What you're looking at, yes my fellow readers, is the new library of UTAR (1st picture), and this place is also going to be used as my next exam hall for English Morphology and Syntax. 2nd picture is the new block for lecturers (I assume. Blek). Looks like some asylum for insane people. Hee. Prison Break anyone?

Enough babbling already. I'll be rushing back to Ipoh this Saturday after my last paper, Journalism II, for practise. Phewxx... Semester break after that! Weeee! And camp too!!

Birthday shoutouts too, to all September babies: Ee Chiet, Pei-Qin, Jian Ai, Ying Yin, Adrian Lai, Joel Lim, Pei Ching, Joey Low and last but not least, my beloved BROTHER!!!

Ps: Ever seen any downloads going as slow as 0.4KB/sec? So sick...

You cannot love a thing without wanting to fight for it.
Gilbert Chesterton

So true^.^

England 5 Croatia 1

England crushed Croatia 5-1 on Wednesday to book their place in South Africa next year. A double each by Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard, followed by a late Wayne Rooney strike sealed victory for the Three Lions, and also revenge for the defeat last year which saw England miss the EURO 2008.

Untitled

It's simple. When you've done something bad, you have two options: either you realise that it's bad and tell yourself that you shouldn't continue doing it, or you keep doing the bad thing till you regret it and tell yourself that you shouldn't continue doing it.

"You choose."
-The Joker, Batman, The Dark Knight

Quote from Rick Warren

Life is a series of problems: Either you are in one now, you're just coming out of one, or you're getting ready to go into another one.
