Liverpool proved yesterday (Saturday, 14th of March 2009) that the trashing of Real Madrid during the midweek Champions League match was no fluke; Manchester United being their next victim. Falling behind to a Cristiano Ronaldo penalty, after Park Ji Sung was brought down by Reina, Liverpool then scored four in reply through El Nino, Gerrard (penalty), Aurelio and again, a rare goal for Andrea Dossena, his first in the BPL. In the process, there was a red card for the same player who was also sent off during the reverse of this match back in Anfield.
