Thin layer of clouds
Covers the blue ray of the universe
I've seen
Clear blue skies before
With clouds forming a circle
Indirect
Like a storm cloud
Forming around
To freeze everything instantly
It was beautiful
Then I begin to wonder
Why is the sky blue
Then I also started to wonder
Why is everything in its respective colour
But I was focusing more on the sky
Then I remembered a song
My dad was singing
"Painter of the Sky"
Then I realise
There's no need to think
Of why the sky is blue
It's because
It's the colour
God has chosen
