Liverpool 2-0 Chelsea

I have not posted a blog about football for a very long time, so here's one for you footie fans! Liverpool bounced back in style after weeks of drawing with ohter opponents, and they couldn't have found a better opponent to bounce back with a victory.

Red card given to Lamps at the hour mark, the Reds took control of the ball for much of the game, and without the Chelski midfield general, Liverpool pushed even harder for a winner, and got it towards the end when Torres headed in a sublime goal, with a sublime cross from Aurelio. The second came a few minutes later when Ashley Cole lost possesion in the area, Benayoun pounced on it and went towards goal. Cole managed to recover and made a last ditch challenge, but however, it only resulted in giving Torres the ball right in from of goal, and the Spaniard had the simplest of taskes to just roll the ball past Cech.
